We provide lateral flow testing on a walk-in (no appointments needed) basis.
We are open from 9 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday). You may walk-in at any time during our opening hours to have your test conducted.

IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the patient to verify and confirm the accuracy of all information provided on the travel certificate and to timely notify Doctors Express of any inaccuracies so that they may be corrected. Please review the limitation of liability clause at the end of this page prior to your visit.
Cost: US$50 / CI$40 and includes the travel certificate to fly.
We accept either cash or debit/credit card as payment.
You will be issued a testing card at the airport. Please bring this with you each time you come in for a test.
The date of arrival on the Island is counted as day ‘0’. Lateral flow tests are required on days 2, 5 and 10.
Face masks are required to enter Doctors Express. You may bring your own or we have masks available for purchase for CI$1.00.
You must bring a government-issued ID with you to verify your identity.
When you arrive at Doctors Express, just let the front desk know that you are a traveller and are there for a lateral flow test.
Please present your testing card to the front desk.
You will be handed a form to complete and asked to take a seat in our spacious reception area where we have TVs and free Wi-Fi.
A member of our clinical team will come out to greet you and take you to an exam room where the test will be conducted.
You will need to present your government-issued ID to the clinical staff to verify your identity.
They will then collect and enter your contact and travel information on the government’s testing portal.
Once the test has been conducted, there is no need for you to wait. You will be escorted back to the front desk where your testing card will be signed, stamped and returned to you as proof of your testing.
If your test is negative, you will not receive any further communications from either Doctors Express or Public Health.
If your test is positive, our team will contact you to let you know and advise you to isolate whilst you await contact from Public Health.

Doctors Express’ Limitation of Liability: Except where otherwise prohibited by law, Doctors Express’ total liability to patient for all claims (including indirect, special or consequential damages) arising as a result of incorrect or inaccurate lateral flow test certificates shall not exceed the amount paid by patient to Doctors Express for such test and certificate, regardless of whether any action or claim is based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or strict liability.
