Dr. Raul was great with our 2 yr old son! His bedside manner and humour was just what any toddler needs to get through an unplanned visit to the doctor. The wait time was minimal. The nurses were also very pleasant and kept our son entertained the entire visit. One of the nurses in particular went the extra mile - she put on a dinosaur cartoon in the room and gave our son dinosaur stickers to make his visit that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend Doctor's Express for urgent care, especially after hours.

I just had a very bad fall resulting in a Grade 2 ankle injury (diagnosed at the clinic). Doctors express treated me so well, wheelchair into the facility and seen right away. The extra touches like water for my shock and a cold cloth to my forehead as the shock turned into pain and sweat were so appreciated. The constant check ins by the staff as they processed me efficiently and expertly was very comforting. Dr Mike Robinson was fantastic - clear, factual and practical. I would not hesitate to recommend Doctors Express, their service and their professional staff, who are at the core of it all. Thank you for being there in my moment of need.

I would absolutely recommend this establishment, clean environment and very efficient. At this time in our lives when we are all facing worries about Covid-19 it was very reassuring to see the staff were very much aware of each patient who entered and ensured that the COVID guidelines were adhered to. The wait was very reasonable and once I was in with the Dr ( Johnson) I was again reassured of the professionalism as she was extremely thorough in researching my medical history and decide with me the best way to proceed. I recently had to visit Doctors Express concerning a condition identified in routine blood work. Dr. Gregory was fantastic. He was very patient and took the time to explain things to me in terms that could understand. My particular condition made me very upset and worried, Dr Gregory went above and beyond to put matters into perspective. Great bedside manner, down to earth and most of all, calming.

Excellent service. Went in for PR medicals. The facility is immaculately kept - beyond clean. Nurse, Doc and Lab Tecnician were all friendly and efficient. Manager was also friendly amd helpful. Our results were in really quick. Entire process took less than an hour. Would highly recommend these guys!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Doctors Express. Visited the clinic on a Sunday afternoon and was in and out within about half an hour. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful, from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctor on call. They even did a follow up call the next day to see how I was feeling. Would definitely recommend!
